Why I Chose This Photo: I liked the intensity in the player's eyes as he looked for an opportunity in the offensive zone, plus the colours of the Russian uniforms were great. Added to the fact that this was my first opportunity to shoot an international ice hockey game, this image goes on my list for 2012.
