October 14, 2011, Victoria, BC - Kelowna Rockets Captain Colton Sissons tries in vain to bat a rebound past Victoria Royals goaltender Keith Hamilton, while being checked by defenceman Brett Cote during Western Hockey League (WHL) action Friday evening at the Save-on-Foods Memorial Arena in Victoria. The Royals would score 4 third period goals to overcome a 5-2 deficit and defeat Kelowna 7-5.

Why I Chose This Photo - I just simply liked the action in this photo and the effort of the three players...the goalie concentrating on the puck and getting over to block the net....the Kelowna player working hard to try and get to the rebound...and the Victoria defender working hard to prevent him from doing this.
