WHY I CHOSE THIS PHOTO: Quite simply I felt this was my best football photo of the year. A nice solid stiff arm, the emotion on the ball carriers face, the snapped back head and face of the defender and the ball carriers hand on the mask of the defender all combined to make this a very nice action shot.
