May 27, 2015 - The incredible troupe of Cirque Du Soleil put on a performance of the show Varekai on Wednesday evening at the Save-on-Foods Memorial Centre in Victoria, British Columbia.

WHY I CHOSE THIS PHOTO: Another from the athletic world of Cirque du Soleil. There was something incredibly eerie about these acrobats, all suspended upside down in some weird limbo. It reminded me of that old horror/thriller movie "Coma" where bodies are suspended on wires and kept alive in a lab. Weird and different and hence a place on my list for 2015.
