December 3, 2011, Vancouver, BC - Mount Doug running back Terrell Davis makes a clutch third down catch in front of WJ Mouat Hawks defender Tanner Strauss during the Rams game winning drive in the BC High School Football AAA Varsity Provincial Championship game Saturday at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver. The Rams would recover from a 21-0 deficit to go on to a 42-35 victory.

Why I Chose This Photo - Great games are defined by great moments. This was one of those that I was fortunate enough to capture. The Mt. Doug Rams had battled back from a 28-6 deficit in the BC High School Football Championship to tie the game and on this series, were driving for the winning score. Third and five or so. This clutch catch earned the first down, allowing the Rams to eventually score the game winning TD. I like this photo of course for the great catch, but also for the yard markers in the background which provide context to the play (a lucky accident!).
